Masih Alinejad

Masih Alinejad is an Iranian journalist and women's rights activist known for her fearless criticism of the Iranian government and advocacy against compulsory hijab laws. Born in 1976 in Iran, she began her activism at a young age, facing persecution for her dissenting views. Alinejad pursued a career in journalism, exposing corruption and human rights abuses in Iran. In 2014, she gained international attention for launching the "My Stealthy Freedom" campaign, challenging mandatory veiling laws.
