Essential Skills and Attributes Required: 

  • Excellent knowledge of marketing & promotion
  • Experience in developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy
  • High proficiency with online platforms and analytics tools
  • Good understanding of digital content marketing
  • Work within various multimedia outlets to promote a product
  • Comfortable working with Google Drive and Google Docs/Sheets
  • Experience in managing a team including time management
    and delegating tasks
  • Ideating engaging social media content (text, video, graphics and audio)
  • Oversee ad layouts
    Ability to follow directions and manage multiple deadlines and projects
  • Basic Copywriting skills
  • Research skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional, proactive and friendly work-ethic

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing Marketing Department
  • Craft modern strategies for Marketing for both Online and Offline mediums
  • Developing & Managing advertising campaigns
  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing
    for the brand and all clients
  • Communicating marketing plan and developing promotions with the
    marketing team
  • Liaise with the Creative department to develop assets
  • Identifying new opportunities to reach new market segments / expand
    market reach
  • Building brand awareness and positioning
  • Supporting sales
  • Competitor research
  • Work closely with the Heads of each department to ensure client
    satisfaction is met

Education & Experience: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience, in-house or agency.
  • Proven Marketing experience
  • Previous experience in handling international level marketing agencies
    would be a definite advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management or
    related field or comparable qualifications (minimum)
  • Fellowship of CIM – UK or SLIM would be an added advantage.
